Better World’s solution for Healthcare Professionals Experience

What problem does Better World solution address?

Healthcare professionals are mainly listened at with “Social Barometers”, which are performed every year or less frequently. Response rates are usually limited, and free text comments are seldom asked nor used, as they are difficult to analyze with traditional methods.

Together with Fédération Hospitalière de France, Centre Hospitalier National d’Ophtalmologie, AP-HP and Centre Hospitalier d’Argenteuil, Better World developed an innovative listening solution for Healthcare Professionals.

Our solution provides all healthcare professionals with a simple platform that allows them to report their sources of satisfaction and dissatisfaction, as well as their ideas for improvement, in order to contribute to the creation of improvement plans for their wellbeing at work. Results are analyzed anonymously for HR and leadership teams.

How does it work?

Our solution materializes in an easy-to-use listening platform.

Healthcare professionals can contribute anytime through any device:

  • Platform open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week

  • Multi-device access: mobile via QR codes, computer, tablet…

Answers are non-oriented and non-limiting:

  • Complete freedom of expression, without predefined questions

  • Free-text fields

Additional approaches of ad-hoc listening, for example via questionnaires, are also covered.

The verbatims obtained are analyzed by our proprietary Artificial Intelligence algorithms, and the results are then returned to the healthcare institutions in our monitoring and analysis platform.

What are the major benefits?
